  Terrible customer service, terrible salesperson. They installed the wrong size ducts and literally 4 months later (after I had to harass them to fix the a/c so one of my rooms would be less than 90 degrees during the day) they came back and charged me!!! Total Maintenance installed the wrong size a/c duct in my home, avoided my calls all summer when my home wouldn't cool off, and finally showed up 4 months later at the end of October to replace the a/c duct they installed incorrectly and when they were done- they charged me-For their mistake! Even worse, the salesman cursed out my husband when we tried to talk to him about the surprise bill. I guess a warranty is only as good as the company name that offers it. Seriously, spend your money with another company.
